Midi Controller input velocity problem

Hi,

I've got this ongoing problem with my Yamaha KX5 remote keyboard and my Fantom G8.

No matter how hard I hit the keys on the KX5, I cannot get the full velocity from the Fantom.

I've looked through the fantoms settings and googled (found similar problems with percpads etc.), but so far no solution.

Has anybody any idea what I could do?
