ARX Installation stops after 5%

Hi,
I recently sold my ARX Brass Board to a customer, who is facing a severe installation problem. Installation stops after 5% and a message occurs: "System Memory Damaged!"
Does the message refer to the Fantom G System Memory or to the ARX System Memory? I found something in the manual but I am not shure about the problem, because the customer had installed another ARX board successfully before, this one won´t install. Has anyone of you had a familiar problem before?
