G7 triggering multiple midi notes

Anyone seen this? My G7 has started sending multiple midi notes randomly. Sometimes when hitting a certain key (A4) it will send a cluster of notes. Is this a physical thing or should I try a factory reset perhaps. Any help appreciated.
