Chord Memory not working. Why?

Hello Fantom'ers,

Im hoping someone can help.
I cant manage to get the CHORD MEMORY to work.

In Studio mode the Instr/Patch is selected, Arpeggio Part is turned ON. The patch is also set to POLY/PATCH.
Pressing SHIFT+CHORD MEMORY shows the chord dialog with the orange keys changing as i switch the Chord Form presets but i only get the sound of the original note that i am pressing... no chord.. :(

I've looked through all the settings and the manual several times but cant find anything else to try...

For the PAD MODE i am using MIDI TX SW(10). But switching it to something else hasnt made any difference.
I've searched here and google but cant find anyone with this problem.
Im using a Patch thats a factory Preset, not a sample,etc
Im running version 1.50
x2 Expansions installed; Drums and Keys.
Everything seems to work besides this.

What have i missed?

LOCAL should be ON! to hear Chords!
Useless to me because im tracking to DAW...
