Hi:

There are many reasons for this problem.
a) Audio wires: Check if the audio wires area properly shielded. Not damaged, well soldered the plugs. Mover output from MAIN OUT to SUB A or SUB B output (also set the audio output on fantom menu to A/B) to check if the problem are the jacks
b) Audio jacks: a easy "test" is listening thru earphones. unplug everyting: Pedals, midi, audio cables. If the hum still remains, the problem could be the audio board or the jacks on the board.
c) Ground (earth) at the power supply cable. Check if the wall socket is properly wired (ground, live, neutral). Use another cable/socket
d) Power supply filters (capacitors)
e) Audio board capactors... Switch off phanton power on input socket.

These quick test are easy to do by yourself... if the problem remains, should be checked by technical support.

Best regards,
Flavio
