Fantom XR dead display and in a strange mode

I have a dead display and all of my patches appear to be operating as if the sustain or hold is stuck on. This is regardless of the damper pedal. I have a dead display so I cannot access any screen menus. I am thinking I need to do a factory reset but I don't know how w/o the display. Any ideas??
