Headphone Problem?

I am getting sound out of the digital output and both analog
outputs(A&B) of my Fantom X. But I can not get the sounds to go to the headphone output.

Is there some setting you have to change to make the headphone output work?

I searched the forum for "Headphone" but found nothing
explaining this problem. I also can not find it in the manual.

My headphones work fine on other equipment.

i assume you checked the headphones are working in another device.

if all else fails, do a factory reset
if its not a HW problems this should cure it.
