Anybody that has fantom, i got a problem with layering.
Say I want to layer a sound to use in a track... I know how to layer and save, but my problem is when I try to use my sound to make a song, all 16 tracks play when i hit a key...
So say I have a layer that take 4 tracks from the sequencer, if I like select drum for track 5, then I want to go back and lay down a sequence. When i hit a key i here drum hits going with my layered sound..
Can anybody help me on this?

You should check the midi chanels assigned for the diferent chanels.
When you want to layer a sound, most of the times you choose the same midi chanel for all tracks in the layer (Ex: 4 layers = 4 sound assigned to midi chanel 1), so the 4 sounds respond to the same input. What sometimes happens is that you forgot to set the channels you didn't want to use to a diferent midi chanel, or disable the tone generator there.
Or, your keyboard is sending all 16 chanels at a time (this sometimes happens in workstations), if your using a rack and a midi keyboard.
