Storage more than 256 patches on cf card

Hello,

I'm the owner of a Fantom X8, can anyone help me?

Does annybody now how you can storage and load more patches, performances on cf card, so you can load from different 'projects', for example the planet V soundcollection in one folder, and your own collection in seccond folder.

Is it normaly that is takes more about 10 minutes to load the samples of the planet V collection?

I'm also looking for arpeggio's but i can't find anyone on the net.
For example, the Yamaha Motif has more than 1700 arpeggio's!

It is possible to make a song with more than one arpeggio, but you can only see the last arpeggio setting, is it possible to see the other settings or is it better to notice your arpeggio frase?

I try to reply..
- It's normal that it takes more then 10minutes...don't worry..Turn on your Fantom and relax...after 10minutes you'll be able to play

- You can normally store and load more pathces and perf. on a cf card, but you can load only a "set" at time..no fast switching is allowed...I suppose...

- Arpeggio....I have no idea.

sample loading is slow go and get a cup of coffee or tea etc....

I don't know where you can find arpeggios but you can make your own if your that way inclined

yes you can store more than 256 patches on card

Here is some info about setting up folders on a card that I do.

have one card with multiple folders done on a pc and just swap the fans file using file utility to and from your card bank.

I rotate my card bank patches and can access different sets of 256 at a time just by moving the fans svd folder in file utility.

I use it all the time.

Plus your song (svq) files store patches as well. So you can save a song and load it to access another set of 16 patches. But only 3 of those will have mfx.
