Roland US Message board??????

Why do you think Roland US axed there Message board???

Their website was not taking orders for weeks. I notified their customer service representative about this problem and another. The website was fixed a week later. Around that same time the message boards disappeared.

That's what happens with big companies.... We keep on giving them money and they care less and less about the people that put them there!!! OH WELL!!

Thank god Roland still makes a good product or they would be in big trouble!!

I called them a few minutes ago to inquire about a recent order. They exhausted their supply of two free demo videos, including the New Products video. Apparently, they will not be getting any more, because these were produced for Roland by a vendor.

I think you will find that "Most" companies will have poor customer service when there is a high demand for the products they offer. I guess that's a good sign for Roland. When Roland reps start kissing customers asses, it only means there hurt'n for business.

Roland US closed their boards because now all the good guys are here.
