is there a factory disk that has all the sound data on it?

what do you need it for?

factory patches and performances in USER banks can be restored with "factory reset" function.

samples are on included CD-ROM. wave ROM can't be erased

I was looking for something that may also have the operating system to be able to do a full restore, if I have problems when on the road.

Well, there should be some OS update on Roland sites - you will be able to get one.

But I don't think you will ever have trouble on the road - never heard someone had any problems with Roland gear.
