Fantom x8 keys assembly

I've noticed when playing my x8 that the keys make a clicking noise when they reach the bottom. It only happens around middle c4 so I know it's just from basic use. I know how to disassemble the keyboard but I just want to make sure I know exactly what piece I'm looking for inside. I'm thinking that it would be some sort of soft contact strip the keys strike. I greatly appreciate any type of experience on this!
