FANTOM X6 MIDI-OX FILE TRANSFER HELP

Hi everyone

Can files from the Roland XP range be transferred to the Fantom x range?

I know a guy who has told me I can use a software called Midi ox to transfer sound files to the Fantom as I want to add some extra sounds to my keyboard. He has a floppy disk for his xp60 with some sounds which I am wanting to put on my Fantom x6.

I need to some how get them files on to my keyboard

Can anyone explain on how to do this?
