CAN YOU SAVE A LAYERED PERFORMANCE AS A PATCH??

Post by soulja51ngh »

Hi everyone

Recently I managed to create some great sounding tones in the performance Layer/Split section.
I gathered a few of the internal sounds and combined them together creating various sounding tones which are saved into my PC Card under the performance section however, I was hoping that I can save it as a patch so all those layered instruments are narrowed down to just one file so I could play it in patch/rhythm mode.

This means that I could create various of sounds and have them in my favourites bank for quick selection.

Much appreciated to anyone who helps!

Thank You

Technically you can, IF the total Performance has no more than 4 Tones, AND it uses only 1 (or 0) MFX.
So in reality, probably not.

If you want quick access to a number of Performances, check out Performance Favourites (OM, p.100) and Live Play Mode (OM, p.99).
