Preview of sample of organ loses intensity when assigned

So I sample my organ and loop the sample always using the PREVIEW button!.....I set up the multisample with precision!.....I assign the multisample to an initialised patch.....and it's weak!....not aggressive like the preview button!......I want the sound from the preview button to be reflected in the patch!.....is there a way to do that without messing with effect and filters?
