FANTOM XA Keyboard section No sound

Good day all, I've had my Fantom-XA for about 10 years and it's been very reliable but I woke up this morning, switched it on there's no output when I try playing the keyboard. The demos are playing alright and the pads also but when I play the keyboard, there's no sound.
I have tried changing every setting including checking that local switch is ON, still not working. After that, I did a factory reset. The same problem still continues. I get sound from the demos and pads but not from the keyboard.
Please does anyone know how I can solve this?
