Attack release cut res settings in Performance mode

Hello x7 user here, got a question about the settings in performance mode here.

Im playing the keyboard with local switch off, and through a pc.
When im in performance mode and i assign a patch to a channel, are the attack release res cut settings from the patch supposed to assigned to the offset settings in the performance mode?

They're not being applied. So any patch i select has 0 for the parameters in the offset tab eg atk rel. So all my patches sound strange unless i dial in the atk, rel etc settings?

Some midi setting im not transmitting perhaps?

Im aware the tone settings and effect settings aren't the same when used in performance mode but i dont understand why the atk release cut etc settings aren't applied?
