Hi guys, tonight while onstage, I kept losing the RIGHT Channel on my Fantom X8 (output number 2)
I tried a different cable and it was still the same, but when I turnt the keyboard off and back on, it started working again for a short while only, I’ll have to get these checked next week and repaired…. meanwhile,
how do I turn OFF outputs 1 and 2 and just temporarily use output 3 and 4 to get me through tomorrows gig? can I do this??
Is output 3 and 4 the same as 1 and 2? I’m not very technical sorry
Do I have to go into a menu somewhere to turn outputs 1 and 2 off and turn 3 and 4 ON??

If I remember right, Outputs 3 & 4 bypass the MFX, so your sounds may change significantly if you use a lot of effects.
If you've got time, and a backup, the first thing I'd try is a factory reset, but it does sound like getting a service person to see if it needs a physical repair would be a good idea, too.
Let us know how you get on. It's good to hear about the Fantom X still being used live regularly.
