Importing audio/samples into the Fantom XR

Hi all. I'm trying to import wav samples into my Fantom XR, but so far my attempts have been unsuccessful ending up with an "illegal file" warning. I understand that the files have to be 44100khz, 16 bit files but I have tried this format, both mono and stereo and still no luck. Has anybody come across this problem before and solved it. Would it be possible for someone to post a working wav file/sample for me to try load to make sure that my XR is not faulty. Thanks for anyone's help.

I have found the answer to my question above, you have to put a check mark against the file you wish to import using the "inc" button (check mark/tick). Now I am lost on how to load and use the samples imported in a patch. Any help please?
