FAN-XR-UP1 Wanted

I'm looking to buy a FAN-XR-UP1 Kit to upgrade my Fantom XR to version 2. I know they are as rare as hens teeth but is there any possibility somebody has one they'd be willing to sell or maybe hire out? Thanks for any replies.
