X7 v2.0 256 MB no SRX cards What's it worth?

Hi. I can get an X7 with 256 MB DIMM RAM and v2.0 installed. There are no SRX cards inside.
Seems to be the original owner selling it. He has all the original CDs and manuals.
What do you people think is a fair price? 850€ ?
