Re: N0 Aftertouch!!!! N0 Aftertouch???
There is a cheap alternative... with aftertouch
A SonicCell and a PCR-800
I know, there is no D-Beam, but for the price...

I put together SonicCell with an A-37. I found a new A37 on eBay from a music store that had it in stock.

there is aftertouch
you can set the d/beam or a controll pedal to exress aftertouch. you could also use a different midi keyboard with aftertouch to use it. so it is there, but you have to set it up
Re: N0 Aftertouch!!!! N0 Aftertouch???
Juno's Stage has after-touch guys... Least mine does.
Re: N0 Aftertouch!!!! N0 Aftertouch???
I'm sorry to seem a KITA here, but JUNO-STAGE Does NOT have Aftertouch!!!w5sno wrote:Juno's Stage has after-touch guys... Least mine does.
From the Manual:
JUNO-STAGE: 128-Voice Expandable Synthesizer
A New Synth Star for the Stage
Keyboard
76 keys (with velocity)
It has velocity, meaning, it responds to User Touch sensitivity YES, but not to aftertouch.

Re: N0 Aftertouch!!!! N0 Aftertouch???
Comparing to lack of serious OS update for Juno Stage (concerning plain simple MIDI CC# issues that Juno Gi has solved while sharing same interface) I can say he's right on time.
Too bad Roland gets rid of its own gear so quickly... because Juno-Stage seems to be the biggest bang for buck of all Junos in terms of provided and optional waveforms. Haven't check Juno-Gi waveform list, though, as there is NONE on Roland website.
And speaking of aftertouch, no it doesn't have - but it has control pedal option so in case you need it so badly, you can find your way around.

You're right, but you lose one foot pedal and it is not aftertouch anymore...wladymeer wrote:...

foottouch? afterstep?
**gasp**
No, no, no! Shame on you guys! The Roland Clan has strict rules forbidding the creation of new words. The English language already has too many words.
PauloF, wladymeer, and Mystic38 you will all face severe punishmentationing.
Punishmentationing? Oh dear, now you have me doing it, too!
