I have experienced this a couple of times.
When reverting back to neutral (ie No transpose) the Juno Stage plays one semitone out.
I blamed the Bass player once, when this happened, for playing out of tune.

Transpose not resetting
Re: Transpose not resetting
Whilst I have not had this exact fault, I have had a semitone shift error. This often occurs shortly after switching on. The piano default plays a semitone too high. It resets down to normal after about a minute, or immediately if I change tabs to a different sound. I just assumed the tone generators were warming up and hope nothing more sinister or permanent happens in the future. Has anyone else had this?
Re: Transpose not resetting
I had the same.
Someone mentioned that this is pitchband fault. It is at +63 at startup and thats why sound is higher, but I dindn`t check it. It happens rarely and is quickly backing to normal

Re: Transpose not resetting
I've never had this particular problem. I customize every patch I use, if that makes a difference. The problem I sometimes have is that the JS doesn't remember my effects settings. I have to toggle the switches, which works sometimes, or go into effects edit and turn them back on occasionally.
By the way, it never hurts to blame the bass player anyway.
