Note A above middle C sounds too soft even when hit hard?

Hi Folks,

I just joined today and this site seems very helpful. I bought JUNO STAGE only 3 days ago and even on the first day when I started playing I noticed the A note above middle C dosn't sound loud enough-too soft?

I tested it several times with chords and running passages and the problem still persist. This is especially noticeable with acoustic piano patches and it's really annoying. Please advise me on what to do?? Do I contact the shop that I bought it from or the Roland Australia Corp??

I have 1 year warranty with the purchase. I have no idea how to fix the keybeds at all so I think I better let the experts do it. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
