I noticed a couple times that when playing some chords that the pitch shifts...

When that happens, try to move The pitch bend stick a little bit (just touch it laterally - very gently) and check if The problem is solved.

It could be related to a pitch bend variable resistor Dust

If that's the case, you would need to replace the Variable resistor or the whole pitch bend/modulation block...
