Perf Channel setting

I want to send Program Change messages from an Axiom 49 to my Juno on all MIDI channels. The Axiom will send PC messages however the Performance Control Channel parameter on the Juno can only be set to receive on one channel. I need to change MIDI channels on the Axiom in real time at the same time these PC msgs are sent. Is there someway I can do this using system exclusive msgs that would set the Juno to OMNI ON so it could receive the PC msg and then OMNI OFF? I'm really at a loss as to how to solve this problem so any suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated. Thanks
