Juno Stage As A Midi Controller

Hello Everyone,
I'm using my Juno Stage as a Midi Controller, however, it stopped triggering my Midi Devices, the setup is confusing. I also want to use the sounds on the keyboard in my sequences, can anyone offer me some advice?

What I'm Using:

MOTU DP 9
MTP/AV
MOTU 828MKII
Tons of Modules and Virtual gear
Model Name: Mac Pro Running El Capitan
Model Identifier: MacPro5,1
Processor Name: 6-Core Intel Xeon
Processor Speed: 3.46 GHz
Number of Processors: 1
Total Number of Cores: 6
Memory: 32 GB

I use the Juno Di USB driver and El Capitan with no issues. Works great. No driver yet for Sierra though.
