Song/ClickOut Out not running in stereo mode with SMF

Dear all,
I modified a midi file, adding a new midi track with the metronome.
I put the PAN control of this track on the LEFT (+64).
Then I download the midi file into my USB card and I read it with my Juno.
Then the problem: If I play the song using the L&R or Phones output channels I can hear the metronome on the Left, BUT if I play the song using the SONG/CLICKOUT out I CANNOT, hearing it on both (STEREO mode).
Can anyone tell me where I'm wronging?
If I did the same thing with a mp3 file I can listen correctly the metronome on the Left.
