Wondering which you prefer, the UNISON or the STACK within the Brass Section? {reference Owner's Manual page 90}
Depending on the piece I think I am favouring the STACK, but would appreciate your comments.

they are both wonderful, but I think I like the UNISON better, I just like to hear nice, powerful brass attacks like that. Simply put, I prefer my brass in unison, and strings (and most other texture stuff) in harmony.

I agree, I have found that leaving in the Unison setting and playing in "harmony" is just brillant.
I am so glad that you are enjoying your VP-770 {there is "so much" under the hood}
On the 19th July 2009 in one of the Sunday Papers from Sydney (Australia) was a photo of James Morrison playing a VP-770 at The Basement. [He is a top jazz player]
