Hi -
I need to remove my V-Synth GT from a particular studio room but want to retain its Vocal Design - Choir-specific capabilities in that room.
If I purchase a VP-7 - will that fully replace the vocal design choir capabilities of the V-Synth GT?
I'm still struggling to understand what the VP-7 is and does, when compared to a V-Synth GT
The brochure for the VP-7 is very sparce and quite cryptic. They indicate a female choir, kids choir and gregorian, but no male or full choir per-say. But in the small print the suggest variations includig a male-female choir. Is this the case - does such a choir setting exist?
Any valid comparisons betweeen the V-Synth GT Vocal Design Choir capabilities and the VP-7 would be appreciated.
thanks,
Kevin.
Can I replace a V-Synth-GT witha VP-7?
Re: Can I replace a V-Synth-GT witha VP-7?
VP-7 will give you about 10 different choir/vocoder sounds, but the GT has an unlimited number of them, since it's totally open for editing. But if you never dug into making your own or downloading vocal designer patches, maybe VP-7 is all you need.
