That's a PELI 1750 Long Case. See here for details: http://www.peli.com/?q=en/cases/long-peli-protector-cas...

I use PELI cases a lot and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Your Roland AX-Synth fits snug in the PELI 1750 Long Case, did your PELI 1750 Case come with the pick and plug foam or was it custom made foam to fit the AX-Syth?
If it was custom made foam, where did you order it from?

Thanks,

There's a soft padded bag in the US. I'm waiting for Reverb Store to tell me if they can ship them to UK.

@ Insight: Sorry but I own neither the 1750 case or the AX-Synth. I own several other PELI cases though and also use them at work. eBay is probably the easiest place to get one from.

Hi
I saw on the sweetwater site a skb case for the AX Synth; it is also shown on the skb site but probably not available in Europe, because the distributor adam hall hasn´t one on its site yet. But I´also waiting :-)

In the end I bought a soft case from sweetwater.com as seen here:

http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AXSynthBag/

They allowed export to the UK so the rest of europe should be fair game, I favoured having multiple pockets and the backpack style to coping with the extra weight etc of a hard case.

How much is the transport's cost ??

At the time, the case cost $69.97, the shipping was $55.00 and import duty was around £17.

Before placing my order I asked Roland if they had plans to release the same case in Europe and their reply was:

"The AX-Synth bag is currently not available in the UK. However, we are expecting to receive the new AX-Synth bags in January 2010."

So it might be worthwhile waiting a little longer if you want to avoid the huge shipping costs. I didn't want to wait though :P

That AX Synth bag is really nice, but unfortunately not available in Europe.
When I mailed Roland UK they responded :

"Hi Tim

Thank you for your email.

Yes they are; please click on the following link to purchase the AX-Synth bag:

http://shop.roland.co.uk/products/produ ... 0.0.0?pp=8&

Kind regards

Alita"

Haha, wich is obvious not the bag I requested...
Guess I have to deal with Sweetwater also ;-)

Hi All! I am beyond excited to have just added the AX-1 to my collection! I have 2 nords, so I really wanted to add a red keytar to my collection. LOVE IT so far!

My question is this, I am looking for a hard case for the synth, and came across the AX SKB hard case. Does anyone know if the AX-1 (my keytar) will fit in this case?

Thank you!
