AX nightmare

So I bought my synth last March. In Nov. The Mod bar started malfunctioning by staying on. Here in Cinci, no one does warranty work for Roland, SO, I called Sweetwater. They had me ship it to them, only to learn that they do not work on AX Synth4 SOOO, they sent it to Roland CA, where they tell me the part is back ordered from Japan, it may be another month. RU kidding me??? How do I work? Guess Roland has figured out a way to sell 2 keyboards instead of one!
