How to record AX-synth music and play in live performance

Hello everybody,

I'm new on this forum. I would like to record AX-synth music and then use my recordings during live performance (activation with a foot pedal) and play in parallel.

I have a AX-Synth and a RD-100 stage piano and a MAC and one Midi cable (to play AX-synth sounds with the RD-100). I have some budget (<200-300$)

What would be your recommandation for a nice configuration that will fullfill my requirements ?

What would be a good software to record (Midi or analog) ?
What kind of product will allow me foot-pedal activation of the recordings during live performance ?
