AX Edge and Midi Control from DAW

Hi all

Am part of an 80s synthpop tribute band. My keyboardist partner has a spanking new AX Edge and I use Cakewalk Sonar Producer 8 in Setlist Mode to load and play songs.

I need to assign a track to the AX Edge and fire that across the ether to the Edge to change his patches, wind up effects and basically do the control stuff without him clicking through his sound banks.

Can this be done from a Windows Based laptop?
