About Performance

Hi everybody,
It's my first post here and my first experience with Juno Di.
I have a problem about using performance on Di:

1) Can I use Performance to send CC and PC to others keyboard?
I'd like to use it live with a SH-201 and VP-550 and control all sound sets and PC just selecting the Juno Dì Performance.
I can mute the Juno Sounds of the part correspondent to SH201 and VP550 channels but I can't see how to set CC and PC in one part.

I know there's a "midi controller" function, but it seems to work by itself, without the option to be saved with a Performance set.

2) In the other way, if I want to set a Performance from another instrument or a sequencer what are the MIDI CC e PC ? I could not find them on the manual...
