Hi, I am new to Juno Di and I want it to be the master keyboard.

I owned a good old Ensoniq TS-10 and it was VERY easy with that synth to modify MIDI parameters for each different patch (enable/disable SEND/RECEIVE, channel, LSB/MSB, program change).

Could it be that Juno Di does not allow this? I read all manuals...
"Master keyboard" option does not work either, as it does not change Di´s local sounds... Very dissapointed... :(

Should I buy a different keyboard??

hi read my post as i believe this is why you have your problem and it appears that ther is no way around it post is titled "juno di external midi patch selection problem" so if you want to play only gm sounds thats fine non gm sound patch changes are simply ignored [by my exsperiance or are routed to an unrelated gm sound] but if you wish to be more adventurest in your own programed original sounds then sorry to say you will have to buy a diferant kind of keyboard, i belive that this problem wont be limited to just one of rolands budget [as it is] song player models keyboards
