Howto: Store a performance including custom patches

This is a howto to remind me (and perhaps others) how to save performances including custom patches on the Juno Di.

Attached you will find a Hammond B3 performance including several custom patches. This performance will be the example for the following description.

1. Load the performance with the editor. Play some notes to decide whether keeping or deleting it :)

2. Click on "PERFORM/MIXER" OR(!) "PERFORM/KEYBOARD RANGE" on the left to determine which patches are included. "PERFORM/KEYBOARD RANGE" reveals through lit buttons that the parts 1,2,3,4,11 and 12 are used. In some other performances "PERFORM/MIXER" shows which parts are active (not muted).

3. Click on "Perform Patch/WG". Find the 16 knobs on the top underneath "PERFORM LIST". Choose knob 1, then click "WRITE" to save the first patch. Repeat choosing the numbers 2,3,4,11 and 12 and "WRITE" them to your Di.

4. Click "PERFORM/MIXER", click "WRITE" to store the whole performance

That's it, hope it helps.

Frank
