Velocity Sensitive Keys (not working)

Hi There,

Im the new owner of a JUNO Di. (mint condition)
Unfortunately there is a problem I stumbled upon.
The Velocity sensitivity from the keys is not working. Every patch I play the sounds are the same volume no matter how hard I play the keys.

I tried to change the velocity in the Menu:
Menu-> System -> Velo Curve/Velo Sens

But nothing changes. The volume stays exactly the same.

I also tried to change the velocity in the editor.
When I put it to:
OFF: the sound is at max volume every time I play the keys.
ON: The sound is the same volume every time I play the keys but less volume than when put on OFF.
Random: When I play the keys, they play at a Random volume.
CYCLE: the keys play two loud notes and two softer notes in a cycle.

I'm not sure how to fix this problem so if anyone can help me out that would be great!

Hi,

does "Menu-> System -> (scroll down) Velocity" show "REAL" or a number? It should be "REAL"
