RE: TR-606 & SH-01?

I just got a vintage Roland TR-606 Drumatix and am thinking about getting the SH-01, but have a couple questions:

How will I be able to hook up the TR-606 drum machine to the SH-01?

This will trigger the SH-01 and the Arpeggiator functions?

The TR-606 has a CV/gate interface, while the SH-01 has a MIDI interface. You can only connect them if you get a CV/gate to MIDI converter.
