New Functions added in version 1.03

• Added support of the GAIA SYNTHESIZER SOUND DESIGNER (SD- SH01).
• Added a system parameter which can set the PCM sound generator parts to OFF.

If someone with a Gaia can confirm that the PCM (GM) sounds can now be turned off, please post that information in this thread.
