Sounds work for a few seconds then it then all LEDs go out with just battery light flashing.

Hi all, any help will be appreciated.
I have 2 Gaia's, 1 runs fine with the power supply but when same supply is plugged into the other, the tap tempo light stays on a while, goes out & everything loads. The sounds play ok but only for a few seconds, then all the LEDs go out & just the battery led flashes. I have tried using batteries but I get the same results.
The only other thing I haven't tried is saving to a usb on the working one & loading it onto the other. I thought I would try here before anything else.

I think plain and simple, you have a faulty unit. It may be worth repairing based on what you paid for it.
