Recording Voice with insert effects (problem)

hello there...i hope someone could help me...thanks in advance

I tried to record with mic...while singing i can hear the insert effects which i choosed, but when i listen to my record, i hear my voice without any effects, also no reverb.
Like described in the manual, the location of the insert effects is set to "normal"....but why then it does not record the mic with effects???
