Juno Gi arpeggiator midi file issue

Just picked up a new Juno Gi for a Floyd Tribute. I'm trying to arpeggiate the "OnThe Run / DSOM" sequence of 8 notes to play on the Juno. I sequenced the 8 notes in Acid and then exported it as a midi file (type 0). Ive tried 1, 4, 8 and 16 measure versions of the midi file. I have verified that no unneccesary contoller or data info is included in the midi files. I've imported the midi file into the arpeggiator section of the Juno. All versions play back beautifully using the "Phrase" definition however after the 1, 2, 8 or 16 measures there is 2 measures of silence before the sequence repeats itself. It's either extra measures of silence or a delay for the phrase to re-start. Ive tried re-recording the midi files thinking there may have been extra data on the end of the midi files. I keep getting extra measures of silence at the end of the arpegiation loop. Ive listened to the factory installed arpg data and they seem fine. The factory arpg's loop forever without any silence.

Anyone have any idea's.
