Record audio track to SONAR without click and other tracks

I'm trying to record some MIDI and audio using JUNO Gi and SONAR LE.
I recorded a MIDI track in SONAR and it sounds fine.
Next, I created an audio track in SONAR, pressed AUDIO INPUT on the JUNO, and recorded some audio, while listening to a playback of a click and the MIDI track.
However, the click and the MIDI track also get recorded into the audio track...
This happens even when turning the JUNO volume to zero during audio recording, so nothing comes out of the speakers.

Solved: changed the USB Audio to Computer value from MIX to INPUT and now everything is as expected.

hi does any one know how i can get a cd of the mucic i recorded from mini disc player on to juno gi to cd ...i put sd card from juno into sd card reader and conected to pc but it would not read just kept making my pc go blue screen, took it round pc shop and same thing ,i am a beginer at this and not realy pc savvy but the manual is crap on instruction for this so any help would be brill
