Insert User Live Set instead of overwrite

Is there an easy way to reorder the User banks? I use this exclusively for live performances and need to change sounds (over 30) quickly so I need my custom user live sets in setlist order (which changes frequently). If I could copy/insert to reorder it would make things much easier.
