using the Juno GI in fl studio or logic pro x. I need help.

Basically I got a Juno GI about 3 weeks and all I have been doing is jamming but nothing recording. I have a project coming up and I really need to record something on fl studio or logic pro x. I use both.
So let's start with fl studio. How can I use this keyboard in fl studio. I want to record Juno sounds in side fl studio edit through piano roll move on to next sound without losing the first sound and so on
And with logic there's a sound bank. I downloaded the sound back from the Roland website loaded the project in logic pro x and guess what I'm hearing nothing. Also I want to record logic pro x sounds and Juno sounds simultaniously. How can I do this?
