It seems that some manufacturers appreciate the value of an active user/user community forum..

Korg USA has recently started hosting korgforums.. and while this is not a great cost to them in the scheme of their entire i.s. budget and server load, it clearly was a sizeable cost to the forum owner (Sharp).. SO props to Korg, it is a nice acknowledgement on their part that customers count.
