Need performance tips

I am getting ready for playing out again.

It has been 5 years since I last played which was at a local music instrument store.

I am open to suggestions in the following areas:

-Using backing tracks

-Running my own sound

Backing tracks: will be done entirely with my Jupiter-50's Song player. I am recording all of my song sequences for the entire set as audio and some will include recorded back up vocals for a couple songs. The Jupiter-50 will playback the audio backing tracks from its song player


Live sound: In most cases in the past I was able to play synths and sing vocals through an in house PA.
Some of the places I am looking into do not have an in house PA so I will need to bring my own set-up.

All I have at the Moment is a single 40 watt Roland KC-60 keyboard amp.

I have thought about adding another one but may go with something larger.

I want to be in control of my own sound as far as synthesizers and vocals go.

Any ideas, suggestions are appreciated.
