Fantom G and FL Studio 11

Hey guys,

I use my Fantom for sounds, and FL for the DAW.
Fantom sounds are controlled through FL Studio via USB.
I have all the audio, both FL and Fantom, coming from the Fantom Out (Headphones/Monitor).
Once I'm done composing a full song, it's time to export.

If i export my beat from FL Studio to my computer, only sounds from FL Studio gets exported, not the sounds from the Fantom (being that they're only midi sounds)
I can resample everything into the Fantom using; Sampling>Mix>USB Audio (Input Select)

***Here's the problem***

The quality and effects that i added to the instruments of FL Studio, like reverb to snare, seem to have disappeared, and it sounds like i didnt mix the song at all.
Any fix for this quality issue?
