I have a good working Roland SonicCell. I just upgraded to MacPro with Sierra (10.12). I cannot get my new MAC to recognize the old SonicCell. Does SonicCell work with new Sierra (10.12). Or am I out of luck?

I assume you mean with a USB connection, in which case I think it won't work. Same story on Windows 10. The only way to keep using it is to run the MIDI and audio through a USB/Thunderbolt/whatever interface that is supported in your current OS.
